If you are unsure which clinic suits you, Helen will help you choose.

Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 3pm. Helen usually replies within 24 hours, Monday to Thursday.

Video clinics: Monday and Wednesday evenings, booked through Helen.

Insured patients: check whether your insurer needs a GP referral, and obtain a pre-authorisation number before booking.

Prefer to be contacted? Send a short enquiry and my secretary, Helen, will reply, usually by telephone or email, to arrange your appointment. She usually replies within 24 hours, Monday to Thursday. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment.

This form is not for urgent problems. If you are unwell, contact your GP or NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
